die bei der Anmeldung im Rockstar Social Club verwendete Email-Adresse gelöscht

Hallo lads'n'gents.
Ich habe mir im Oktober'21 GTAV im Steam Shop gekauft und mich zum gleichen Zeitpunkt im Rockstar Social Club angemeldet.
Irgendwann danach habe ich meinen Email-Account gelöscht, nicht wissend, dass ich diese Email-Adresse zur Anmeldung im Social Club verwendet hatte. Leider ist die Sperrfrist der Email-Adresse für eine Neuregistrierung noch nicht abgelaufen.
Ich muss also entweder die Email-Adresse in meinem Social Club Account ändern, ohne das ich Zugriff auf diesen habe oder ich verknüpfe Steam mit einem neuen Social Club Account.
Oder gibt es hier noch einen anderen Weg GTAV zu zocken?
Gibt es eine Lösung ohne Einbezug des Rockstar Supports? Falls nein, was soll ich denen schreiben?
Kennt sich jemand aus?

You should tell R* exactly what you said here. You no longer have access to the email on your social club account. You need to change the email on your social club account to ________, Give them your steamid, gta5 cd key, steam purchase history, steam purchase email receipt, etc - whatever evidence you have to prove you are the owner of the steam account and the social club account. If you have other R* games with cd keys on steam - that 'might help'. They may also ask other questions for proof.

Many people have had this problem over the years and got the email changed - some needing more than a couple attempts. Be clear in your problem, in what you want, and they can help you. Some others have stated better luck using the english support - just mentioning - YMMV there.

You can use the compromised account link at R* to contact them without logging into an account - or you can make a new/temporary account to contact them - which does provide live chat or phone callback - but lately they've not been helping with account info that way. Again, YMMV.
