Don't see where you said you tried this.. nor what the outcome/results were.. If you did restart GTA and it's still doing this same thing, you probably need to verify integrity of game files..

If it is limited to once a week, like the scrap yard, then I have a feeling this once a week thing will be the new normal.. I mean, imagine if they had this on casino, cayo or doomsday heists all this time.. players doing the disconnect to save preps trick would stand out like a sore thumb from legit players only running the event/heist once per week..

Wouldn't be surprised if they changed up to this so 1) they can spot cheaters easier and 2) they can increase their shark card sales because players are now limited to less money per week than new content added, so they're either going to have to play for multiple weeks to get everything they want, or they can buy shark cards and save the time..

It's one hour cooldown. Plus you can add finale to playlist and play it non stop until R* patches.

Nice.. so I'll just stagger the Clucking heist with the Dre contract.. by the time I finish Dre's stuff, the heist should be ready again..

but when figuring the time put in for this 1.5m, I feel like the casino heist can be set up and completed just the same..

When that cut scene starts I keep getting a flashing alert black screen saying transaction failed catalog does not match restart the game ... Tryed that still won't work
