Do Secondary Targets and POI Reset After Doing The Cayo Perico Heist?

I just finished the heist for the first time, and all the secondary targets and POI such as grappling hook, guard clothes, and bolt cutters reset. I thought they all the progress stays with you when you are redoing the heists or is it that you have to find all secondary targets again each time you do the heist as well as POI depending on what we do.

PS. I know that the grappling hook, bolt cutters and guard clothes arent helpful when doing the heist efficiently but I am still asking cause I would like to know if they reset as well or is it only after the first heist where we have to steal madroza's files?

Yes, they spawn randomly on every heist preparation. And secondary targets can be different or just bieng empty, but their location are all the same.

All secondary targets and POI reset and randomly spawn each time you scope. If you're doing this solo all you need to do is scope the compound and scope the shack at the North Dock before taking the Nagasaki to escape.

Yon dont have to scope for secondaries, they will always spawn at the same places regardless of scoped or not. Just scope the main target and bounce.

And the main dock is a better escape, since it's the closest one. There's three spots for secondary targets near there to fill your bag and boats to escape.
