My game crashes after I updated my Script Hook V

So I hadn`t played game for 3 months and after I opened it it said that I must update it to use my mods so I did. It started loading and then I chose Story Mode it loaded some time and then crashed. I tried everything, I verified the game files, I reinstalled Script Hook V, I did something in OpenIV but still nothing. At last I tried to uninstall Script Hook V and see if it was the problem and yes it was, my game loaded normally. (p.s. I have my game on Epic Games)
Happened this to anyone else?
Do you guys have any idea what I can try?

If you haven't played in 3 months - and are using a 'mods' folder - then chances are the .rpf's in 'mods' are also outdated. Gtav updated in mid Dec. Usually every gtav update will affect update/update.rpf - the vanilla one. Most people using openIV have one in 'mods'. Continuing to use the old one can cause issues. You usually need to update it, or rollback your version so everything re-matches.

So I replaced the new update.rpf to the 'mods' folder and deleted all the mods in 'dlcpacks' folder and it worked but whenever I install any mod to that folder the game keeps crashing (I installed only new mods)
