No mods. I don't have a potatoe. Game is a horrible port to PC, that's the issue. Runs with less issues on console. Thanks for being so helpful.
It's none of what Chicken said. I play on PC and it began to happen as soon as I bought a CEO office (when you do this you can no longer register as a VIP, only as a CEO). Now trying to go to Cayo Perico for the intel mission as a CEO will cause the infinite loading screen for me. But when I register as an MC president, the mission starts normally and the bug does not happen. Registering as VIP also causes no problems. It's only when I register as CEO.
I also read up on the problem, and some claim that going back to storymode then back online will also help with this. But even when I do that, registering as CEO will still cause the bug to happen.
So, register as an MC president, then do the Intel mission, then when you come back, disband your MC (because of the police raids of your MC businesses) and continue to do the Cayo prep missions and the heist finally as a CEO (it causes only this problem for the intel mission).
Hope that helps.
