Missing DLC Packs

when connecting to FiveM I get the following error:

DLC files are missing (or corrupted) in your game installation. Please update or verify the game using Steam, Epic Games Launcher or Rockstar Games Launcher and try again. See http://rsg.ms/verify step 4 for more info.
Currently, the game installation in 'C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\' is being used.
Relevant files:
update/x64/dlcpacks/mp2023_01/dlc.rpf

I have checked the integrity of the game and uninstalled and reinstalled FiveM and GTA V with no help.

Any help in this matter is much appreciated

YOu can "try" to uninstall steam---then do a fresh install of steam

you should play the vanilla game.
