Depends how old you are. Advice will vary a little based on that. Tell them kids nowadays have tougher skin, and would laugh at what was considered scary in their day.

Prove to them you are mature. Maybe see if you can earn it.

Ask for Steam Wallet founds, then buy the game! lol

Jk. Just try to explain them that you are not that kind of person who is easily manipulated by a game and explain it's just for fun.
Sadly my b-day was on 1st of June :(

man up and buy it yourself

Buy it yourself? Hell, you have a Steam account, correct? Or are you referring to how to convince mommy and daddy to pay for it? Honestly in my opinion, if you are young enough to have to ask mommy and daddy for something, and can't/won't find a means to acquire it yourself, you're too young for this game... I may be coming off like an arse, but it's the truth.

Back when I was a kid and I wanted something that my mom wouldn't get me, or didn't feel I should have, I would find a way to get it myself. I wouldn't lie to her and try to convince her of something other than the truth. That's pretty screwed up. But then again, kids these days really have zero respect for their parents and lie to their faces constantly.

Aside from finding a way to get it yourself, honestly the best bit of advice I can give you is to just talk to them about it, tell them what the game is about (don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ them, because that's screwed up) and if they feel that you can handle what the games about, with the violence and nudity, then they'll get it for you. It's all part of being a kid. When you start working for a living, and move out, then you have your freedom to do whatever in the world you want. Though I'll tell you, really, don't be in a rush to grow up. You have it SO easy you have no idea, you just can't see it right now because you don't know any better, but when you grow up, trust me, you'll know, and you'll wish that you didn't make issues of piddly things like whether or not mommy and daddy would buy you a Mature 17+ rating videogame.

Get a part time job like mowing lawns and doing gardening and buy it for yourself , you won't have to ask for permission that way.
