Cant buy GTA V

i want to buy GTA but when I search and go to GTA V, I can see the desc, option to buy ingame currency, and everything BUT the option to buy the game. Can anybody give me possible reasons this is happening, or how to fix it?

According to steam, and the mouse icon by your name - you already (or now) own it. If you didn't buy it in the last 11 hours - up top - help, steam support, search gtav, and try to restore it to your steam account. It may also be hidden on your game library.

edit - Unless you mean buying base game, and not premium. No longer an option.
