steam üzerinden gta5 aldım ve etkinleştirmek için rockstar sitesine girdim oyunu etkinleştirmek için aktivasyon kodumu kopyalayıp siteye yapıştırdım ama daha önce kullanılmış bir kod ibaresini gördüm kod daha önce kullanılmış diyor ne yapmam gerekli rockstar ve steam desteklerine yazdım ve geri dönüş alamadım bu neyden kaynaklı ?

You have 21 hours+ on record. How'd that happen? Is that 21 hours of fail - or did you actually play the game? Once the game is activated (by launching through steam), which opens the R* launcher, and requests a social club account to link to - it's done. If you were already linked to an old account - that is what you must use.

You can't just take this code - and go activate it on social club if the game has infact already been activated. This social club account you signed into.. in attempt to register this key - does it show your game already existing? character? profile/stats? Does it show your steam account in the linked accounts tab? If it does not... you are on the wrong account.

If the game worked fine, and gave this error at a later time - it can be for many reasons-
hacked social club account(verify with the q's asked above), using wrong credentials to log in(have to use original account - important if you have other R* games on steam), problems with r* launcher/social club (uninstall/reinstall/update them), problems with my docs / rockstar games(rename -old), av/security (whitelist/exclude), onedrive(set it to not touch rockstar games), controlled folder access (allow apps), background programs causing issues (close), connection issues with firewall, dns, hosts, regional, isp, modem/router(power off 5-30), incorrect date/time on pc (sync), running steam, or launcher, or gta5 as admin (or not as admin), and more.
