Rockstar Game Services Unavailable

ELLO! I tried to play GTA Online and i get an Error with "Rockstar Game Services not available". And when I retry it i get another Error like "Couldnt load Character from Cloud" (dont know real translation, sorry). I have 2 GTA 5 folders. 1 for GTA Online and 1 with Singleplayer mods. I already checked the files there were no mods installed and I still cant play. Restarted PC, restarted Wifi,... any Ideas?

Typical a multi billion dollar company and they get DDoSed by their USERS trying to sign up
maybe rockstar if we spend some money on upgrading performance of the servers and the game you wouldn't have this problem
