You need to 'buy' it on your mobile, see properties/car sellers (stuff you get with the starter pack is free now)

Have you bought the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack on Steam as well?

If so, those properties and cars will appear on the respective in-game websites with a price of $0.

Bro i know that. But there's nothing for free i have to buy the pack again. Not properties or cars are free.

If I may add, you have to bring up your in-game Cellphone and go to the different Websites and Purchase (with in-game money) each part of the Enterprise Pack that was included - normally these parts/buildings/etc would cost in-game money, but they will show up as "Free" and have a "$" dollar sign, showing on them (in the websites, on the phone, in the game). HTH

To 'recieve' the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack, you should have gotten a Code in your email that you put into the game - either in the game itself (HOME key to open the Rockstar interface for GTAV) or in the game Launcher (in the Store area, Redeem). In these places, you enter in the code you got in your email for the Pack.

Edit 2:
They may not show up right away - also, although most things with GTAV are immediate (no waiting), you may have to close the game, and also log out of all Game Launchers, to give it time to associate with your game (if it doesn't show up right away). Usually though, R/GTAV is pretty good at pushing things through 'right away' after you buy them. GL

Nope got it on Epic. However some people did get it but for me its not working.

They should send you an email on your ingame phone, from there you can access the criminal enterprise website.

If you didn't get the email, then something's wrong. Contact R*?

you logged in using epic right? cuz I have notice I bought the free stuff from the pack last night by launching the game using epic but now I logged in but only using the launcher (i have retail version) and I have notice all the free stuff from the pack are no longer free so I guess you need to login using epic

me too (steam user) no email receive in phone im at lvl 16 now with 80 hrs playing gta 5 still no the pack, I CONTACT RSTAR NO RESPONSE SINCE DEC 17 HAYS HELP!
