Crew emblem not showing up on cars

Hello guys, I have a problem. I have my own crew, I created a new emblem but, but when I put it on a car, it doesn't show up for me. My friends can see it, but I cant. I've seen that this happens when you use directx 10 but im using directx 11 now and it still doesn't show up.
Any ideas?

Make sure you are at least lvl 10 (i think?) in the crew, if you switched from one crew to a new crew.. you will lose your emblems on your cars if you have not ranked up enough within the crew.

Apart from that, not sure what could be the problem.

The crew is mine, and my crew level is 42 :(.

Mmm. Do you have the map shadows disabled? i disabled them to gain some FPS. I dont think that's the reason, but well...

Yup, but i've tried to fix enabling the shadows, didnt worked. Rockstar support wasnt usefull too. I just gave up. Its weird that i can see the emblem in my clothes, but not in the car ;-;
Ps: in the ticket that i've sent to rockstar, they gave me 400k back that i spent trying to get the emblem working
