Michael's Obey Tailgater mods

Those of you who have completed the campaign probably know that Michael's Tailgater (the Audi-like executive sedan) got modified by his son with some rather ugly accessories (in my opinion).

I'm well aware that the vanilla game does not allow you to permanently remove these modifications - they keep getting reset

However, I was wondering if there are some variables in the game files I can change to accomplish this? I am filling up my GTAV installation with real-life car mods, and none of them are compatible with the ugly mods, so every time I spawn as Michael at his house, I end up seeing a horribly messed-up car with no wheels.

why not try and use the menues customs mod and make a combination of cars that might look good with those mods?

Yeah... and Sandvich's post didn't even address my issue. It's troublesome to enter the Tailgater (currently modded in a real-life Audi A8) and then mess with the trainer menus to remove the mods, only to have them reset later.
