This only occurs while upgrading my T20. I have purchased the car from the extreme motorsports website, but it won't let me upgrade it. I have enough money for it, and I also am high enough rank (104) for it. Any way to fix this? I'd really like a fully upgraded T20, but the game won't let me.

Does this have anything to do with the Social Club issues? I highly doubt it, seen as it only occurs with the T20, but it still could be plausible.

It's probably because you were leveling too fast. R* isn't as fast as some people are. When i leveled up to like rank 120 on my 2nd char in 2 weeks, i got some stuff unlocked way later, even though my rank was high enough (like the turbo)

The thing is, when I swapped to a different car, I could fully max it out. It's only the t20 I couldn't max out. Going to try to do find some fixes.

Update; The damned T20 is in my bike rack.

It was a glitch. T20 and bike swapped places, bike was destroyed. Had to replace all 3 bike spots with street BMXs and destroy them, Fixed the issue, but R.I.P my T20
