As for the NVIDIA service, i have Nividia Experience in my ToolBar. In device manager, i have NVIDIA High definition audio and Nividia Virtual Audio device and Realtek High definition audio on. Should i disable them all ? Lastly i had a Sennheiser 3D G4ME1 audio on as it is my headphone program. Are there any more things i have to take note of when i try to launch the game ?
Its a A0, sometimes its a 40. I checked these 2 postcode and they are both normal as stated in the manual book.
It is caused by a hardware failure. This could mean a number of things...
1. Worst case, faulty hardware.
2. Not enough power supplied.
3. Loose cable(s).
4. Corrupted driver(s) and/or old/default drivers. (This one is very common, as many people never install the basic drivers that are necessary. Most people tend to just run whatever generic or old driver that Windows installs. You need to install CPU, chipset, USB, LAN, audio, etc. drivers from the support page of your motherboard.)
5. Overheating.
6. Corrupted registry/files.
I would say that 2 and 4 are probably the most likely.
What kind of PSU do you have?
The power supply unit is a corsair rm850 gold. So it should have enough power even when the CPU and GPU is on load. There shouldn't be any corrupted drivers as i have an up to date CPU, USB, Lan and Audio drivers from the support page of my motherboard.
Is this the Log File ?

You could have failing hardware. The likelyhood is rather high, since the RM850 uses cheap, made-in-china capacitors.
Run a stress test, though having default CPU voltage may cause an issue... scratch that. Test the GPU ONLY, not the CPU. If you try to test the CPU with synthetic test, it might overvolt.
I'd actually recommend running Cinebench while running Valley/Heaven on loop. Cinebench won't overvolt the CPU. It isn't a stress test but should put decent stress on the whole computer, without overvolting.
FYI, a error happening AFTER a reboot cannot be caused by GTA5. A BSOD cannot be caused directly by an application either.
Alright, i will give GTA V a try again once it is downloaded. As for the PC specs i have given, could it be having the game in ULTRA being the problem ?
It isn't the game causing the problem ;) The game could just be bringing a hardware/software issue to light.
Try what has been suggested above and let us know what happens.
