GTA 5 Minimap blurry/not showing bug plz help

Hey guys, i have a problem with my minimap in gta 5. I was installing some mods, but nothing that changes my map in any way. But now i just recognized this strange bug where sometimes the roads on the minimap are very blurry, or don't even show up. Also i already saw some people suggesting to put SMAA to x2 but i already did that, without any changes. I have 2 screenshots of my problem on my steam profile, please help me guys :(

thx for the quick reply, but i just started gta 5 with only these dll's but it still happens. Also i noticed that it's now kust the minimap, also when i zoom in on the regular ESC menu map it is very blurry/blocky
