Methods Used to Fix problem
1. Reinstalling the Game(Did that 3-4 times)
2. Using Task Manger to change the "Properties" for GTA 5 exe in game,.
3. Lowering Graphics in game

1. Re-verify the cache files
2. Trying the game in safe mode
3. Putting a codes in the "Launch Options"

That guy is just trolling you. This seems like a hard drive streaming problem. Try closing out all programs that are installed on the same hard drive as the game.

He was ? I couldn't tell! But anyway yeah, My specs are pretty low end. I woant to install Grahics mods but u can't use them online, and the patches dont solve the promblem!~

It would help if you could provide the specific specs, or at the very least model name of the PC(s) you're using.

This isn't really a patch issue or game issue. This seems like a hardware issue, meaning *your* computer. Like I said, I'm going to do my best to help you, but you need to provide the proper information so that I know what we're dealing with and what steps we need to take first.

Whats your Graphics cards memory usage ingame?

My official diagnosis of this issue is not enough video memory. The computer Gamerlots v.-13 has listed as the computer with this issue is using an APU with only 4GB of total system memory. The system can't properly allocate ram for the APUs GPU and for the game at the same time, being that there is so little memory.

My suggestion was that he upgrade the RAM (might void the warranty), or build/buy a new PC.

EDIT: Note that his computer is a LAPTOP, with no dedicated video card.
