(FOUND ONE) Western Daemon spawn help

So I really wanna get this Bike but its very rare, I can get one from Lost MC gang attacks however bikes from the gang attacks cannot be insured or Stored in my garage. Anyone know how to get a insurable and storable version eaisly? Thanks!

EDIT: Thanks for the help everyone, I found one in the car park opposite the LS customs near sandy shores.

Near slab city on the bridge to the East, they often spawn in 3, or randomly in trafic when you have it on your Simeon list.

Edit: Sorry, the in-game name is Stab city.

Is it really that rare? Check the parking lot of the golf course, that's where I found mine.

I've seen NPCs riding a daemon at the freeway between Chumash and Hookies pub. Also when Simeon wants it, it can spawn either at Michael's house or at the golf club parking lot.
If you are in troubles finding one I could help (I own one and riding one raises chances of finding another, cause randomizer in GTA is flawed since GTA IV). Add Wepwawt on RGSC (and please send a message cause I don't usually accept friend invitations from strangers).

you dont steal the ones that are part of the mission
the mission just causes them to spawn

I just did it went here its a lost hang out so there may be some here out side of mission

Oh okay. Well I wacthed one video where a guy got one from a misson but it was uploaded months ago and all the recent comments are people saying its patched.

That's really not recent, they patched that in earlier 2014. As for the spot near hookies, I believe they're riding hte Hexer/hexar... whatever it's called, point is, not the one with the ape bars.
