Stock Car Races not appearing (GTA V Singleplayer)

At the beginning of the singleplayer, after I unlocked Trevor, I did the 1st stock car race. However, after playing the game for a long time, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th races simply do not appear in-game after I have done the 1st stock car race. It was way back in the beginning of the game that I did the first race, and now at 100% and the rest have yet to appear for me in-game. Where are they? Can anyone help me?

My PSN account is the one linked to my PC game but still no races, I even tried to re-link the PSN account and still nothing. Anyone? It's one of the last things I need for 100% completion.

I have the same problem.

On my first playthrough, I finished all stock car races immediately after I got the email from Ron.

On my second playthrough, I only played the main missions (to invest all my millions in Lester's assassination stock market speculation afterwards to gain billions), so I skipped most Strangers & Freaks missions and only did a few random events (especially Simeon Yetarian & the Altruists, since they are limited to certain conditions).

Now I'm at 86% and I wanted to finish all missing things, but the Stock Car races don't show up anymore.
The checkered flag icon near the Yellow Jack Inn doesn't show up anymore and the driver and his stock car are not there either.

I have successfully completed all other exclusive content stuff for returning players (Duke O Death, Wild Life Photography, Monkey Mosaics, Murder Mystery, Dodo, picked up the Railgun in the crashed plane, bought a hatchet, flew the Xeno blimp). The stock car races are the only ones missing now (so no Marshall monster truck and stock cars unlocks).

Is there some trick how this bug can be fixed?
I tried:
--doing S&F missions
--doing random events
--doing an exclusive content mission (Murder Mystery)
--starting a new game and playing the first accessible exclusive content (Duel random event), then reloading the old save game
--unlinking and relinking my PSN account to my Social Club (Steam accounts are permanently linked)
--loading a save game from my first playthrough, then reloading the second one


I've just started my third playthrough and will make sure to finish all stock car races immediately again...

make sure to use all the save game slots and make backups! this kind of stuff doesn't just happen to exclusive content, sometimes it is random events that stop appearing, sometimes it is your businesses stop calling. SP save files can and do get glitched by patches and once they are glitched, you need to restore a backup and replay what you played since that backup. if you don't have backups, you have to start all over. a lesson i learned the hard way, had to replay the whole thing to get my final achievement :/
