Does anyone have a good easy mod menu for gta 5 story mode?

Get the ASI loader, ScripthookV and Simple Trainer from GTA5-Mods.com

Give this a try https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp and if it doesn't work try
the native trainer http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/

The first link is for Menyoo, probably the best mod menu ever for GTA V, the second is probably the oldest trainer but the simplest and most reliable.

It has an insane amount of features although its not as user-friendly as menyoo
