How to get XA 21

Is there any way to get the XA-21 anymore? Really want this car and found out its gone, thanks rockstar. Besides waiting for rockstar to put it in the weekly dealership?

With the release of the December DLC, on PC you can now buy copies of other players' vehicles if they take them into the Car Meet and you interact with it. That's the new option to more easily get the removed cars, though you need to find someone who has one to help you out.

Thanks, I got lucky and found a guy my first time asking. Picked up the car for 2.7mil and its literally my new favorite car in GTA online. Handling is godlike, engine noise is the best in the game, design besides the front is excellent. Not sure why R* removed such a beast of a car...

To make it come back in time limited events like podium or showroom.
Time exclusivities are to force people to come back regulary (FOMO).
Imagine an awesome new car for 10 millions. Next week you can't buy it anymore. How many people will buy Sharkcards to get it ?...

F2P are actually games where you don't want to spend but cheat...

we can now purchase off others at ls car meet

we even have a car market for buying off others
