Stuck after Merryweather Heist mission

I recently completed the Merryweather Heist mission but I cannot figure out what to do afterwards. I've looked online and many suggest that you need to stash a getaway vehicle for another heist, but I've already done that and notified Michael. I also saw some people say that you just need to wait, but it's been about 2 hours and I still haven't received any calls from Lester or anyone else. I believe the mission I'm supposed to be on is Blitz Play, but I just have no clue how to start it since there is nothing on my map. I've cycled through all the characters to no avail, any suggestions?
