Does not selling or salvaging your vehicles in the Chop Shop after every week Remove them?

I am really interested in keeping the Vapid Ellie this week in my chop shop, and waiting for the option to buy it in the drip feed. But, I don't want the car removed after this week, when I could have sold it for a profit. Does anyone know the answer to this? Thanks in advance!

As I still have the FR36 I stole from last week's rotation, I can safely say that you can keep the cars.. and having discovered this, I think that's what Yusef and Jamal meant all along by "keeping the car"..

I was also in the middle of prepping for the casino robbery to steal the Jugular and I'm still on that robbery with my progress from last week saved.. only downside is the Jugular robbery from last week replaces one of this weeks cars.. I don't even think I have the Ellie on my chop shop's computer.. still cool in the fact that I didn't lose any progress and my time prepping wasn't wasted..

You'll keep it parked in your chop shop with the option to sell or scrap.. but yea, you keep the car.. you just can't use it as a personal vehicle..

You are also limited to space in the garage, so I would imagine at some point, if you don't have any spaces left for a new vehicle, the game likely will not let you initiate a new robbery..

i've checked and you definitely lose the car that the chop-shop has no space for.
game did let me start the robbery normally without any free slots left. at least last week it did.

there's a funny glitch btw. after delivering that car you're greeted with the message that you've finished the robbery and got some bonus money and immediately ejected from the chop-shop and have no ability to enter any buildings or use personal or stolen vehicles. after changing the session everything is back to normal, but the robbery status is 'in progress' and it can't be cancelled.

I get this error/glitch with rockstar's default outfits such as the anniversary outfits, among others.

Oh so keeping the cars just means to save them until theres a double pay week or something? And then sell them? You cant actually keep the car for personal use?

at the moment.. but there's rumor that the ability to keep the vehicle as our own is supposed to be coming in a drip feed..
