how to make chop happy?

There used to be an app you could use. It had some mini-game that upped chops happiness. Other than that, I'd say walk him, get him out of the house, and pet him as much as you can.

been a few years since I played story and the phone app was working back then.. but I didn't get the app till I went online and started messing with custom plates.. but I'm pretty sure you don't have to give chop any attention.. this leads to chop "disgracing" Franklin's back yard and some special dialog (I think)..
