Damn, you got to keep your removed vehicles?

The ones i had got removed from my garages.
Even filed tickets, end result of which was
"We are sorry, but there is nothing further we can do as these vehicles have been remove from game availability"

Shame, i kind of liked my comet :(

you can get a copy of another players vehicle in LSCM, console players had this for two years, but with the chop shop dlc, this feature has been made available for pc players as well

Interesting, I didn't know that. I'll see how to do this, I've been playing GTA since its release on PC and I have many garages with "normal" cars and other purchased ones.

It's not a glitch. You take it to a car meet, take it over (provided that you have Car Meet rep at lvl 20+) and you can sell a copy of that car to another player. It''s 100% legitimate.
