Rockstar support will just ask for the Launcher.log file dxdiag and the MSInfo file

1) Update Windows and graphic driver (90% of crash are graphic driver issue), check you didn't changed anything in your graphic driver for gta.
2) Reinstall R* launcher with right-click run as admin (you shouldn't need that but who knows, i needed it 2 years ago)
3) Delete settings.xml in my Documents/R*... (will reset graphic settings to default)
Rockstar Support told me to "remove my rockstar games folder" in documents. This just resets all progress but the issue is still there. I'm on the latest windows build

Look what the answer rockstar just gave me Manually uninstalling the Rockstar Games Launcher
1) Please uninstall Rockstar Games Launcher.
-Click to start. Search for "Control Panel" and open it.
-Select Programs and Features.
-Uninstall a program.
-Select Rockstar Games Launcher and click Uninstall.
-Keep the prompt to cancel uninstalling game data.
-Select Rockstar Social Club and uninstall it.

2) Delete residual files and folders. After the uninstaller is complete, delete all of the following folders.
Note: Do not delete any other folders or files, or you may lose game saves or other data.

C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Rockstar Games\Social Club
C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Rockstar Games\Launcher
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Launcher
(regardless of where it was previously installed)
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Social Club
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Social Club

-Restart your computer

3) Reinstall the Rockstar Games Launcher.
After restarting your computer, install the Rockstar Games Launcher using the link below:
https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/rockstar-games-launcher

Running Rockstar Game Launcher as administrator:
Make sure to completely exit the game launcher clients.
Right click on Rockstar Game Launcher.
Select "Run as administrator".

Verifying the integrity of game files:
Sign in to the Rockstar Games Launcher.
Navigate to settings.
Select Grand Theft Auto V from the list under "My installed games" on the left.
Select "Verify Integrity" under Verify game file integrity from the options on the right.

After that, try launching GTAV again to see if the issue is resolved.

Did all this. Also made a new user on the computer after directions from Rockstar Support. Sadly none of these worked. Some people say resetting the entire computer helps but this isn't an option for me.
