If I delete the game from my account will that render my key invalid and remove the hackers ability to play the game with my account?

Deleting the game from steam account doesn't actually remove the game, or the key.
You don't even own it on steam according to the mouse icon at time of my post.

You can also just recover the account providing you can actually answer all the questions R* will ask.

If you are saying 'chinese' hacker because you got an email FROM R* stating the email on the social club account was changed - and the email is in chinese - just translate it. There should be a link in it - to let you recover without needing R* support.
