i cant start weazel plaza shootout

i come on weazel plaza and it just dont start

You need to be in the same session for over 20 minutes, the event spawns only in the night(8pm-6am) and will not spawn if you're waiting too close to the weazel plaza, so stay away and return to see whenever it spawns or not.

Preferably don't use public lobby as cheaters on pc can easily ruin or disable session events.

I know I already tried but it just doesn't appear
