The RP should be removed from the Casino wheel.

Why do you not want to level?

I'm currently at about lv 250, which means I maxed out everything, so there's no benefit from a higher Lv anymore.
but my guess is: if you're at a high level, you get more attention by other players who want to fight you. And I'm not interested in GTAO PvP

It's really not a big deal, I too get most of my level from there. I stopped playing this game properly for years, pop in every now and then to spin the wheel and drive around, but no more missions or anything and I get quite a chunk at level 286 still, from the wheel.

I'd rather they remove mystery gift or clothing, as those are worse than the RP or casino coins.

I mean, the RP helped me get to level 120, so I'm definitely against removing it from the wheel, regardless of if I actually need RP anymore or not. There are still plenty of under level 120 players, and there are even new players still buying this game. Also, what about those who have to start over for whatever reason? It's not fair to them, so I disagree with you OP.

Of course, it's up to Rockstar either way. For sure, they certainly won't read this thread on Steam.

Tbh people engage in pvp with you a lot less if you are high lvl. But then ofc you are bigger target for cheaters, especially those morons using menus for so called "protection".
