Lack of permissions. Could be lack of admin, permissions, locked folder, who knows.
This is in regards to my documents / rockstar games / gta v folder. This includes the folder potentially being hidden, readonly, or some other silliness. i'd even go as far as to hit home ingame, and look in there for cloudsync/saves - and disable it to rule that out.
Controlled folder access could be on. You need to allow an app through if it is.
Allow gta5.exe (and R* launcher, social club to prevent further/other issues)
Could also be a problem with onedrive enabled or not - it can cause all kinds of silly issues. I'd just configure it never to do anything with my docs / rockstar games - rule it out entirely.
Other antivirus/security interfering. Same as above - whitelist/exclude.
Overtighten security and deal with the consequences/annoyances.
I'm sure there is more but I'm otherwise occupied.
/goodluck tho~
