And the Thruster is better than the Mk2 Oppressor in literally every way except ground speed, so unless you're referring to the OG Oppressor; never because it's a stupid purchase and always was
(seriously, it's always been a noob trap. Thruster was always faster, and cheaper, with tighter turning, AND is invincible to missiles from behind when flying straight. The MK2 OP is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ by comparison unless you like being on the ground)

Got about one crore but im new here in gta and I wish I would had bought the much cheaper thruster instead of mk 2

uh i guess it depends entirely on what you want to use it for
the Thruster is much slower and takes longer to land so I wouldn't use it for heist preps
while the Oppressor mk2 is the best vehicle for doing preps

Shut the ♥♥♥♥ up and race them. The Thruster beats the Mk2 UNLESS you are using the jet boost, meaning you are staying close to the ground.
In the air, with no boost, the Thruster is faster.

And the MK2 takes WAY slower to descend, so I don't see how you figure it's easier to land; especially since you can go straight down and land on something smaller than a jetski

I have friends who have way more hours than me and they also use the mk2 for heist preps

And the MK2 takes WAY slower to descend

for a pro you dont seem to know how to fly the mk2
