What's a good way to make money online?
So, I've made the girl boss move to purchase a club house but i don't have the money to fully purchase a weed business. Should i sell my club hosue or spam on call quick joins till i get the money? Thank you in advance!

MC businesses is the worst thing you can buy when starting. If you bought the game recently then you should've had one clubhouse to "buy" for free as well. But regardless, that's irrelevant. Next buy something like kosatka or agency so you can have some decently paying solo job. Kosatka gives cayo heists paying 1+mil per run. Agency vip contract paying 1mil and bunch of smaller missions with fairly decent pay for new players.

You can't sell properties. Only trade in to get half money back to get another one cheaper. But there isn't enough difference to "profit" from it when it comes to clubhouses or w/e.

In 2023, MC business suck. You need to the nightclub, agency etc.

You can use the club house to earn enough money to buy the above businesses

Yeah the Agency is goated in terms of making money. $85K payphone assassinations, up to almost $70K for regular missions, and then the $1M Dr. Dre missions.

i keep seeing people telling new players to buy kosatka as a new player, which i did and you can't even use it till you've done all the other heists first. so not a good thing to spend all that money on as a new player.

Wait, what? I've helped new players get a sub and setup and knock down their Madrazo Files (first cayo heist).. ofc we ran casino heists to get the money for their subs, so maybe you do have to complete the casino heist first.. but that doesn't sound right..

Should be visit Music Locker and go thru several minute cutscene with Mini-Madrazzo, his mom and the girls from White Chicks.. after that buying a sub will unlock the cayo heist. So if you jumped to buying a sub before this cutscene, that might be why you can't start the heist..

As for OP's question, my recommendation for new players is to utilize their free properties the best they can. If you get an itch to mod cars, get one of the free ones from the criminal enterprise pack and customize that.

If you stick with the free bunker in Paletto, set it to do research only because delivering weapons from there is a PITA and you're probably not going to be frequenting it to buy resupplies enough to make a business out of it..

You can run missions for your MC from your club house, or restock the bar supplies to gain passive income. Once you've obtained your free office, you can run VIP missions from your CEO menu to make some money too.

Run Martin, Simeon and Gerald missions for the first 15~20 levels and then head to the yellow "R" near Sandy Shore.. This will start Dax's First dose missions, which reward the Acid Lab after the 6th mission. The series then continues on to a 7th thru 11th mission where the final reward after the 11th mission is an Ocelot Virtue (a 2+m super car; electric).

Between the money you make from running the 11 missions, plus what you made from the earlier contact missions, you should be sitting on a decent pile of money. Not enough to buy a business, but enough to upgrade your acid lab after doing 10 more missions for Dax (you can find him inside the Freakshop or call him on your phone).

My upgraded acid lab makes 351k a delivery.. and at most costs 180k to restock, often times less..
