can you restart gta online fresh?

so I got the game for free from epic a while back, and that was before the next gen update. I've played online a few times, but always overwhelmed by the money you need to start anything. i currently only have like 1.5 mil dollars on my pocket.

because of that, i looked up a beginners guide on youtube because there must be a way to get money actually fast. then i found out about the next gen update which give you free 4millions dollars to start a business right away. i wanted to do that.

since i don't play online that much, I'm okay with losing the current character i have, but i cannot find how to restart very fresh. can someone help?

Probably a new rockstar account would solve that issue.

it wouldn't let me launch the game because my epic account is linked to my old account

That next gen update does not exist on PC.
