The new building confuses me

I started up a car robbery, and I completed the tasks on the board, but the others are encounters in the game? How does that work? Cuz Idk. I've been checking the map and I can't see anything there either, should I just wait or something?

Look for green bag shaped icons on the map + get (optional) masks at the mask store at Vespucci Beach (theatre mask icon).

The new business should be a 'upgrade able' part for Autoshop.
Kind of wasting 5Mil+/-.
To drag some cars to your 'new autoshop'
And some 'illegal' missions/heist.

But yea, Lazy R* knows how to Copy Paste, and brings it out as a new DLC.
Only thing that's great is Police vehicles finally released. (Something players has been asking from day one that Online was released)

The green bag symbols flashes a few seconds and then disappear from the edge of the minimap. After that you can find them on the big map and on the minimap when you get close enough. Go there and activate the missions from the green circle.

Yeah well I did not see that. I have been waiting and searching for 2 hours or something, I replayed the Scope-Out mission and then it popped up... Pretty big F moment. But thanks, I see them now :)
