Report a translation problem
And paste them into -
steam / steamapps / common / grand theft auto v
(usually in program files or something but you may have put it elsewhere~)
If this folder does not exist - make it.
If you would prefer using an existing steamlibrary.. use
steamlibrary / steamapps / common / grand theft auto v
Then go to this link -

Grab the appmanifest_271590.acf file.
-----Then close steam - entirely, so it is closed. It needs to be closed.----
Paste it into steam/steamapps -
or steamlibrary/steamapps if you use that.
Start steam - it 'should' - see the game as installed.
I would then rightclick gtav in steam, properties, installed files, verify game files to be sure.

Says retail, same concept - just use the EGS files instead.
