Simple Zombies
Installed this mod all fine, I had no saves so the game starts with the intro mission zombie mod included, what I'm doing wrong ?
Any advice ?

Disable mod(s), do prologue, make save, enable mod(s).
Download a % save from somewhere - toss it in.

bonus - could also enable cloudsync in case you have saves 'in the cloud'.
