And no you won't be safe it those specs you have.
You are too optimistic.
I get 60 fps on lock, but I also don't use the post processing bells and whistles, so little issue staying at a decent framerate.
I also use reshade, and can still stay at 60 fps.
you simply dont want to use DLSS to run at 1080p
I'm not feeling the 3 and 4080's nor the 3 and 4090's, so I plan to go with a 5070.
edit:
For now, my 3060 is fine. I just keep the game settings in the medium and high range, np
Nobody maybe except for Nvidia knows what the 50series will be like.
As I said in another thread the 40series gpus except for the 4090 are not much better than the 30 series with some like the 4060Ti being worse in certain games. Considering Nvidia is making way more money on GPUs for AI and don't seem to care about gamers at all, ever wondered why they haven't released a 4080Ti and the msrp of the 4080 is over 70% higher than the 3080? They just don't care anymore because they are making billions and billions on AI. It will likely stay the same in 2025 when the 50series are rumored to be released.
Only time will tell but don't expect the 5060 be either cheaper or noticeably better than the 3060.
