So so many ways for gta5 / requirements to have issues.

edit - you can add/ask questions. got many things going on today.
won't be doing any step by step, etc.
I will probably add you regarding this guide, it all sounds like alien language to me if I am being honest.
Hopefully you get a response sooner than later.
In my case, i have a Windows 11 Pro N version. The N version doesn't have the media feature pack installed, you must install this first ! Afterwards i tried launching the game via the .exe file from the game folder and installed the 4 missing DLLs (you will find them on dll-files.com) , then restart the computer and it works ! Finally !
