Nope. The official press release that came with the trailer states that 2025 is ONLY the console release.
No PC release planned yet. Thats official from Rockstar.
Thats how Rockstar does these releases every time, console first, 2-3 years later a PC port.
Lets face it, the reason is simply because the PC version will be the superior one by far, so they want to milk the console players for all their worth first, then release some "Definite Edition" in 2 years or so to resell the same game AGAIN to the same people and after THAT has run dry they will grace us with a PC version to sell the game AGAIN to the same audience.
That has been the Rockstar MO for the last 15 years or so.
