how to unlink hacked social club account form my steam account

Not possible. Steam and Rockstar account linking is permanent and they won't remove the link either.

Is it because they are afraid that Rockstar would ban their accounts if they told them the real reason why they got hijacked?

Recover your account. Unlinking is the wrong idea if your account was 'hacked'.

tl;dr - key is single use, non-transferable, perma linked to first sc it is tied to. unlinking doesn't remove this - you need to rebuy the game and that has 'hoops' too since steam defaults to giving the same cd key on repurchase. you cannot make multiple social club accounts tied to the same steam gta cd key (or use the same email for multiple sc accs).

Actually I just bought GTA V. I didn't have to install the game and play it even once. I had to go abroad for my studies. After a month passed when I installed the game and tried to play it. You are showing me an email from someone else asking you to log into your old social club account and showing that some achievements in the game have been completed. I have never played the game or i never used like this email for social club.

Chances are your account got hacked and your key stolen. This is more than a common problem. Rockstar is doing nothing about the huge rise in account theft lately. Accounts are being stolen constantly. Unfortunate.

So regarding this, I might have had similar problem and got it resolved. Hopefully it is related. I recently lost my social club account to which my Steam GTA V is linked with, where I no longer have access to that social club account nor the email that is linked with that social club account. Obviously my steam account kept asking for that previous social club account to login to my game. So, I connected with Rockstar Support on 3rd Dec regarding that issue and requested them to change it another mail. Rockstar support changed my old social club to a new mail I've provided and resolved it today. I can now access to my social account and game through steam.

It works, people just don't know how to behave and explain themselves in support tickets. You can also recover it yourself if you find the email about the change in mandarin or other language, I had my second account taken and recovered it without contacting support.

I didn't have my account taken, I lost access to the email. Rockstar did not help me.

I didn't have my account taken, I lost access to the email. Rockstar did not help me.

They will if you explain stuff accordingly and in a clear manner. And if they don't ask for for the ticket to be escalated to tier 2 or 3, never had any issues with them be it recovering my account or asking support to disable my 2FA or other stuff over the years.
