GTA 5 wont launch, Already reset my pc

I had this game on epic and it have a problem in which it froze on the rockstar saving icon, closes by itself, epic launcher says its running but no windows of GTA V running. Looked up to reddit, a person said, try steam, he bought 2 copy of GTA V on Epic and Steam, in which he mentioned it worked for him but sadly not for me.

Funny thing is, i have played this game before on epic but why suddenly it doesnt work. On epic, It stuck on the rockstar saving icon screen, but on steam, it wont even launch, the Rockstar Launcher mention about an Error occur, It wont mention anything else, any code of error, just leaving rockstar support link there.

Well, I have submitted the web ticket regarding the problem with epic, in which they replied with their main solution in which i have tried so many times, I looked for forum, discussion, and even support, nothing works.

An article on web says make GTA V an Exclusion on the Virus and Protection Tab in the Windows Security panel. Well, i did, plus, i allow GTA V to pass my Firewall, in which made my Laptop vulnerable for a while, yet it didnt launch.

I have reset my laptop, clearing everything i had including all the Graphic mod, Fivem stuff, yet it still wont work, anyone had the same problem? Do you have a solution?

ROG STRIX G712LU
Intel I7-10750H @ 2.60GHz
40GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti Version 546.33

Hope you fixed it, but if someone is still searching for a fix,

try going to the game folder,

(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V)

and start GTAV.exe . It wouldn't launch for me either, but at least i had an error screen saying "missing the xxx.dll file". Fixed it by manually importing missing .dll files in the game folder.

You can get the files easlily from www.dll-files.com/.
