Game Breaking Bug Please Help

I'm going to do my best to give as much context as possible.

I stopped playing GTA Online around 2-3 months ago due to getting into a modded/hacked lobby and my account along with many others being tampered with. On that day everyone in the lobby and a large group of GTA Online players were given a ton of RP and skyrocketed in level but were also given a 2 year bad sport ban. I had already had other things making the game not fun so I called it there and got off until last week.

Last week when I returned to GTA Online I was met with an unusual bug requiring me to go do the tutorial missions (Cypress Flats and Industrial Survival) which I was thankfully able to resolve. After I fixed that the game worked as normal up until today.

Today when I logged in everything seemed as normal until I called in my Terrorbyte because I wanted to run one of the screen missions while waiting for my source vehicle mission to cool down. The first issue was when I went up to the terrobyte screen I am prompted as normal to press "E" to interact but when I press "E" the option goes away but my character does not lean onto the screen like normal I can just freely move around the Terrorbyte. I can use everything else except the mission screen.

I searched the internet high and low and was only met with "restart the game" and other normal responses. I put a pin in that and decided to go and try other missions.

I noticed that when I went into my vehicle warehouse and tried to sit at the laptop there, it also would completely freeze my character next to the chair and I would have to restart the game entirely. After restart it would immediately do the same thing and just freeze my character there.

Oddly enough I am still able to sit at certain desks like my NightClub or my Command Center in my arcade and start most of those missions that way.

Shortly after realizing all these issues were happening I tried to request a vehicle from my mechanic and every time I try to select a vehicle to be delivered it freezes on the selection screen and I can't do anything for around 60-120 seconds and then I gain some control back but it still won't let me request a vehicle or select some of lester's assistance options when I call him as well.

I cannot for the life of me find a fix for this. I have restarted nearly 30-40 times. I have verified file integrity. There is maybe 3 posts on the internet with people having the exact same issues but there is no resolution. The only thing I've seen that answers this is a modder/hacker has done something to my account that does not allow me to access these menus anymore. I was able to request vehicles yesterday so I don't know what has changed or what to do.

Sorry for rant but I just want to resolve this. Any advice or if anyone that has had this exact issue happen and fixed it please let me know.

try this in a private lobby or solo lobby.
People cheating cannot do anything like this that would cause long term affects a restart would not fix.
what kind of FPS you getting? consistent? hardware? we need more information
