I couldn't play GTA5 until 2020/2021.... I wanted to play but my laptop was weak. I managed to buy rtx3060 and realistically, there are people in my situation as well. The game may come out on pc but will we have the latest graphics cards to play. Sure, you'll have those pc master race people who have endless money but what about the 70% of the people....
The issue is, even if GTA was given on day one.... My laptop which is 32gb ram, i7, nitro 5 with RTX3060.... will not run on normal specs. I hate how technology advances so fast.
I hope to not be offensive to people. this is as logical I can get. The thing is, we will watch people play on console first, and we get our turn to realize how much the game will require. It will be like the days of Crysis.... will it run... you know... that game where it said it would melt your graphics card.
Odds are it'll be out in around a year after console launch, just like RDR2.
edit, my opinion:
There is nothing about GTA 6 that I consider special enough to warrant being anxious for it's release to PC. Nearly everything that GTA 6 is currently offering is already in other games, but just not all in one game, which is the only thing that I consider special about the GTA series as a whole.
It'll get here when it gets here. I won't specifically be buying GTA 6, but I will be buying GTA 6 Online if that happens to release.
The problem is that numerous industries force u to drop fat stacks on setup that wont even be relevant in a year or two, cus everything already made u that dependent on a PC, more and more people are just lonely fcks who barely leave room if its not a job matter, so they just keep milkin ya while tryin to keep you in that room in every way imaginable
Not only do I make sure to make time to interact with people in real life, even if it's just going to the grocery store, but I also make sure to do pull-ups, push-ups, and at least 50 to 70 jumping jacks a day.
All gamers are not the same, and not all of us gamers choose to isolate ourselves from society. It is, however, each person prerogative and right to freedom of choice for the ones that do choose to isolate themselves.
