I was amazed and amused the few times I joined public sessions.
but less so later on when I ran into those fake high ranks with menus when quick joining heists. (even had one of my screenshots of those cheaters banned by Steam because they claimed that I was "naming and shaming" as if those cheaters were not spoofing their names)
It's been over 3 years so let's hope most of them have run out of free copies

The internet is full of them, you can buy a epic one for even cheaper sometimes. As for the stolen accounts who knows, on steam if they change the email the game won't work since they need steam account to access it. On other launcher I have no idea.

They can't do nothing about it. As for how they got them accounts, only the person who lost it knows what he downloaded.

It isn't advised yes, but modders do not care about them as they are burner accounts for them to just cause chaos. And yes it can be recovered also. That is why they offer warranty and will issue a new account to you incase it happens.

Depending on seller but up to 6 months. I Think the people who buy them don't care about these accounts as they are solely used to blatantly mod online.
