A voice chat issue

Good Day
I am facing an issue in gta online which is when I enable the voice chat in settings the game crashes & being frozen, I hope it takes place after the recent update known as 'Chop Shop'.Please assist me in this.

Probably ToxMod which they introduced to monitor voice chat toxicity. Maybe you guys use an antivirus that blocks it somehow?

I shall give you the fix and it is as follows:

1. Go directly to the game settings either without entering Offline or Online

2. After it try to enable voice chat & that's it.

This has to be the one and only fix for the problem. I hope the fix given above will indeed work for What you are facing.
