gpu : limit your temp or power in msi afterburner
cpu : set your power option to power saver
last , u can be power ranger

Limit your fps or use vsync.
Use windows energy saving plan to tweak your CPU power drain

Since I already own 3 nightclubs and I also found a way to go afk for hours without getting banned so I really don't need my screen at all now laugh xD

welcome to like 3 years ago or whenever the NC was released.....turn all settings to lowest, vsync on 1/2.

Tried every possible way with the lowest graphics and display settings but yet still the graphics cards consumes very high power usage.
I do play other games like csgo and dota 2 but none of them uses that much power on graphics card(I only want to save the power while I'm afk)

pretty much task manager will always say that. All you can do is minimize the usage by doing what I mentioned. if yo uhave msiafterburner or similar you can monitor actual wattage. Also if you have a high refresh rate monitor may want to manually cap it to 30 fps

Also, GL idling post patch...it's patched.
