Running gta5.exe as admin causes problems from some, and not others. You should also attempt to run playgtav, steam, the rsgl launcher, as admin, or variations of not admin. As well as verify that scripthook and the trainer that comes with it work, that .dll's aren't blocked, that windows defender isn't causing issues - and that you have any of the other 3rd party requirements installed, updated, and possibly repaired like vcredists/.netframework -etc.
There is more to check too (permissions, directx, overlays, non-clean folder (revert it to 100% vanilla and start over with applying mods 1 at a time a testing each)... for storymode modding. -.- Would half be curious to see what is actually in the asiloader.log - but as with the majority of storymode modders that come here for help.... IDC TBH. Works fine here.
Edit - and with no mouse icon, some above info is useless, other becomes more relevant, and links on my profile for both versions to clean the folder. And, due to the lack of mouse icon, I personally won't be discussing any way to bypass the launcher. -.-
Edit: Looks like my exes were outdated.
Have fun.
