Con way to do casino heist?

We did all the set ups and preps doing the con-man way but we can't get to the basement without stealth killing and hacking keypads until we get to a camera we have to shoot to pass on the staircase with our loud ceramic pistols which turns it into a run-n-gun no matter what anyways except we have no weapons.

Is this really just the worst designed thing in this game or are we missing something???

I did pest control and made it to the vault without triggering the alarm but after you are in, the timer for the alarm starts. If you make it out in time, the alarm won't trigger but NOOSE will come for you no matter what after you got out of the casino.

you stayed too long in the vault, if you triggered the alarm
normally you get in through the elevator
leave the vault around 20sec left and through the staircase back to the top
knockout 1 or 2 guards, change your clothes to firefighter or noose and simply leave the building.

Sorry for long quote too lazy to reformat my reply, but the second you should be aiming for to be out by is 20 seconds remaining to not trigger the alarm?

you need to leave the vault before the timer hits 0 or you trigger the alarm, so stop collecting money at 20sec and leave

this video also shows one of the lovely bugs, when one script doesn't start correctly and guards won't patrol after they left the vault.

for the camera in the staircase simply run under it, while it is watching in the other direction than wait for it to turn and move on

Yes, that's where I failed in my first try at The Big Con method with what I planned. G6 on enter, NOOSE on exit. I didn't know you have to be anonymus to be able to change disguise, my idiot teammate who thought the timer is just for show managed to show me that. So, whoever you go with, make sure they understand the plan and won't make things harder.
