Enus Paragon R Armoured Gone? (it was insured)
So I drive my Enus Paragon R Armoured into a pool while doing the setup for the new hiest but never got the msg from mores mutual saying its been destroyed but i didnt realize that then so i call a new car, finish the arcade setup where you get the machines and try to recover the car becuase I like it, nothing not on the mini map, no mores mutual, not in garage ( not even the place where it was in the gargage says anything it just says empty ) nothing

Yep happened to me too yesterdey.I sent a ticket but still no answer.Just send a ticket or dont risk it and buy the other armored cars

I think the reason why they haven't written back is that it's an issue that the ordinary support staff can't address, since you can't buy the Armored Paragon, only get it as a reward from completing the Casino missions. So while they can issue money, which they did within 48 hours when I reported a podium vehicle I lost a few days ago, the closest they could probably do here is offer the price of an ordinary Paragon with maybe a bit more on top. Still doesn't mean he'd get the car back, I'm fairly certain that's beyond the scope of their powers.

If it were me, I also wouldn't have reached out with that much cheat money in the bank. Not judging, I know it's common, but not something I'd draw possible attention to. However, far as I can tell, the reps don't have the authority to reset/ban players, only the automated defenses.

what garage did you have it sit at? there is a known issue if you claim that car at the casino when you complete the mission. as it isnt really insured since default casino doesnt come with any car slots but counts as a choice when earning it if you have no availible slots. and when destroyed is gone forever as the casino doesnt really have a garage unless you pay for it so it by default places the car in the parking lot instead of the garage when you claim so it actually doesnt have a real spawn point nor real insurance as insurance needs a specific storage location. reguardless if yuo put the car in a real garage after the fact.

if you claimed it at teh casino it was doomed from the start.

you legit have to make sure you have an open slot in one of your other garages AND OR OWN one in the first place prior to doing the last mission with at least 1 slot open to fit the car. IF you did taht you were safe.
sounds like.. you did that mission. and like 90% of the others taht have this issue. auto claimed it at the casino cause you wanted to see it right the. glitching it from the start. ( this is why all bought cars from the store ALWAYS START IN A GARAGE ) this paragaon is the only car that will spawn in the parking lot outside the casino if chosen.so once you took it into a quest like the known bug has been stated since casino dlc was released that if your car id destroyed during a quest. its gone.

also. ouch. why did you hack from level 50 to 100 in 1 day on march... that doesnt look good for you.. as you legit... went from 100k to over 300mil in less than 1 year gametime. are you using a menu yourself.

this all looks sketch. like you played legit for a lil bit... than modded when you realised how much you had to grind for what you wanted.

Unlocked Mar 19, 2017 @ 12:39pm and 12:40 you finished almost 30% of the major achivements you have gotten. whats up.

when you contact support. and they overview your account. and see those things. it may not look good on you and may effect the outcome. peopel claim rock will take the full amount of modded money. ( i havent had it happene myself and had a lil bit dropped on me ) so i cant say anything for certain on that for your money.

For that they should just issue a manual deposit for the purchase price so you can get another or buy something else. However, if them giving you money will resolve your ticket, best to say that clearly in your message. They like tickets they can close easily. Tickets that seem complicated are likely to be put on a back burner.
