File a complaint to Rock Star first. I don't know what happened to you but if you were caught cheating, it's your fault you got caught but if you are an innocent victim from a script kiddy please make sure you got evidence for that. If you can't do anything with your situation..... buy another key and learn from your mistakes. This is why you play with wisdom. Don't play in a public lobby knowing there are cheaters abound. There's no way. Once banned, you'll always be banned on that account. Then you have to create another Social Club account and link it to your GTA.

You need to write 500 words explaining what you did and why you now see that it was wrong, send this to support along with a photo of yourself nekid so they can understand you were limited by what lies between your legs and it was the only way to improve your ego. They will then need 10days to respond, if you did good on your essay they will consider removing your ban.

that is easy, nobody knows this feature
go to your steam library > right click gta v > on the General
tab > click on launch options > -unbanned
u need to wait at least 24 hours,
if it doesnt work, go to rockstar support, login and submit an e-mail,
first, your nickname
second, your level
third, tell that it was a mistake
fourth,let them know u have set -unbanned on gtav steam, and ask why it is not confirmed yet
